Once inside the session, participants can unmute themselves. This option will mute all participants upon entry into the session. The meeting will end approximately 40 minutes after three or more participants have joined without a host. This option allows participants to join the meeting without the host or before the host joins. Video Participant: Select on or off Meeting Options Enable join before host Both the Host and Participant will have the option to start their video once they have entered the session. This option allows you to choose whether to have the Host and Participant video on or off when joining a meeting. Meeting ID: Select Generate Automatically or Personal Meeting ID Host and Participant Video If Generate Automatically is selected, each Zoom meeting you create will generate a unique link. This allows the convenience of only providing one Zoom link. Select one: Attendees register once and can attend any of the occurrences, Attendees need to register for each occurrence to attend, or Attendees register once and can choose one or more occurrences to attend Personal Meeting IDĮach Zoom user is given a personal meeting ID that can be used for all your meetings, especially recurring meetings. You will be able to generate meeting registration reports if you want to download a list of people who registered. This allows you to have your participants register with their email, name, other questions, and custom questions. Recurrence: Select Daily, Weekly, Monthly, or No Fixed TimeĮnd date: Select By Date or After 1-7 occurrences Registration Required It is recommended to mark the recurrence option as No fixed time. If you want to see more information on the registrant (including answers to questions if you added questions to your registration form), click on the registrant's name to see this information.If you are offering your Zoom meeting on a regular basis, this option allows you to use the same meeting link as the meeting repeats. If you would like to add extra information/reason why, then you can do that too. Approved users will get an email with a link unique for them and denied users will get an email saying they were denied. In either case, the user will get an email. If you Deny the registrant, they will become a part of the Denied list and will not be able to join the Zoom meeting using that email address. If you approve a registrant, they will become a part o the Approved list. Then either approve or deny the selected registrant(s). You can also select the checkbox to the left of where it says 'Registrants' to select all Registrants in the list. Click on the checkbox(es) to the left of the name(s) of the people that you want to manage. The first page are registrants who need approval (if you are manually approving registrants). From there a pop-up will appear with a list of all your registrants.
